Welcome to the Conference Proceedings Portal of the International Tamil Internet Conference (ITIC) Series, regularly organized by INFITT (International Forum for Information Technology in Tamil).

TAMIL is one of the major languages of South Asia, spoken by 70 million people. In addition to Tamilnadu, India, Tamil enjoys official language status in Sri Lanka, Malaysia and Singapore. It is one of the oldest languages of the continent, with a literary heritage dating back to 2500 years (recognized as a “classical” language). 21st Century is evolving as a digital era and Tamil Diaspora are keen to see Tamil enjoys the same status as English in the digital world.

INFITT is a non-profit, non-governmental organization (registered in California, USA) devoted to promoting Tamil Computing and Information Technology. In order to assist the growth of the Tamil-centric computer technology, INFITT organizes regularly, workshops and technical conferences. International Tamil Internet Conferences are the only major annual, international forum for technology developers and academic researchers to meet and exchange/review progress in different areas of Tamil Computing.
