Dear friends,

To save many from getting duplicate messages, to ensure that everyone gets
all messages and to save us time forwarding between the two lists, Leong
Kok Yong has kindly agreed that we merge the two lists.

Henceforth, we all just need to post to webmasters@tamil.net - that will
reach all.

Apologies for this slight interruption in the regularly scheduled program
of Tamil computing character standardisation :-)
