Announcement on Protection “INFITT” (logo) Trademarks

INFITT hereby announce that: The name INFITT is a registered trademark under the US Patents office, with US Serial Number: 87727216. Others are not authorized to make any use of the registered trademark or the name INFITT. If there is anyone doing so unlawfully, we hereby request them to withdraw such use of the name and logo of INFITT. This includes using the acronym in the website domain names.

INFITT was incorporated in the USA, Registration Number 04-3671309 in 2000 and has been operating as a Non-Profit Organization hosting Tamil Internet Conference since then.  We are entitled to take legal actions against any individual(s) found using INFITT name or logo for the infringement of our legal rights and interests. The cost of legal and damages will be incurred by those who infringe the use of the INFITT Trademark
